As a result to the continuous toothed belt pulley system, the Prorunner PR2 can move faster. When multiple stop positions are required, the gear motor is equipped with an encoder to ensure accurate positioning.

The Prorunner PR2 vertical conveyor can transport boxes, trays, crates or bags weighing up to 100 kg, therefore it is suitable for multiple industries and applications. Thanks to the drive system this vertical conveyor can achieve higher vertical speeds - up to 2 m/s - compared to the PRmk1. The Prorunner PR2 can handle up to approximately 400 cycles per hour. Prorunner PR2: Flexible and extremely accurate product lift
The Prorunner PR2 adapts seamlessly to different working environments with its modular design. Typically, the carrier is equipped with a driven roller conveyor, but this can be replaced by a belt conveyor or another customer-specific carrier without altering the column and carriage construction. This flexibility ensures optimal integration with your existing transport system, making it ideal for your production or distribution environment.
Besides the conveyors that can be supplied by Qimarox there is also the possibility to mount conveyors from the Interroll MCP program or to use a conveyor from any other manufacturer.
Customizable infeed and outfeed heights

Prorunner PR2: Accept and output products in three different directions
The Prorunner PR2 can be effortlessly integrated into almost any situation. The vertical conveyor can not only fed in or discharge products from the left and/or right side, but - if a suitable product conveyor is mounted - also from the front.

Example:
If you want to elevate your products and fed them in at the bottom from the left side and discharge them at the top to the front, choose combination A2.
Or if you want your products to descend and infeed and discharge are both on the right side, choose the 7G combination.
