Bronze, Silver or Gold

Qimarox distinguishes between gold, silver and bronze partners. What are the differences?

Bronze partner

• Has experience with the integration of Qimarox palletizing modules in a project.
• Has at least two active employees with a “Sales” certificate
• Attends product training sessions on a regular basis. An annual evaluation is made as to whether new product training should be followed
• Provides first line support to customers
• Qimarox provides second-line support on request
• Is the third in line to receive sales leads from Qimarox

Silver partner

• Has more than average experience with the integration of Qimarox palletizing modules in a project.
• Has at least two active employees with a “Sales” certificate
• Has at least one active employee with a “Sales Engineering” certificate
• Provides first and second line support to customers
• Attends product training sessions on a regular basis
• Is second in line to receive sales leads from Qimarox

Gold partner

• Is an expert in Qimarox components, as evidenced by successful sales and working installations.
• Is an experienced designer of palletizing projects
• Has at least two active employees with a “Sales” certificate
• Has at least two active employees with a “Sales Engineering” certificate
• Has at least three active employees with a “Mechanic” certificate
• Provides first and second line support to customers
• Attends product training sessions on a regular basis
• Is the first in line to receive sales leads from Qimarox
